Blind Assessment
Floral-toned; delicately and sweetly bright. Honeysuckle-like flowers, candied citrus zest, rounding caramel and carob in aroma and cup. Tartly sweet, lively acidity; full, syrupy though buoyant mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a delicately drying finish.
