Blind Assessment
Evaluated in brew bag format with a steeping time of 5 minutes in 8 ounces of water. Balanced, crisply nutty. Almond, green grape, baking chocolate, lily, pink grapefruit zest in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gently bright acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Delicately nutty finish with undertones of baking chocolate and lily.
