Blind Assessment
This classic medium-dark coffee gives us solid, mouth-filling dark-roast pungency, though the carbon notes seem to co-opt its sweetness. Some acidity survives the roast, and fills out the top of the profile nicely.

Who Should Drink It
Anyone curious about the name of the blend. People who waffle between drip and French-press and want a coffee delicate enough for the former but tough enough for the latter. Should stand up to the hot plate for a while before losing character.
