Blind Assessment
Cocoa-toned, richly sweet. Baking chocolate, date, hazelnut, thyme, a hint of gardenia in aroma and cup. Sweet in structure with gentle, round acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned finish.
