Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, balanced. Orange zest, baking chocolate, black tea, pear, oak in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart in structure with brisk acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The resonant though tannic finish is carried by notes of baking chocolate and fresh-cut cedar.
