Umami-driven, uniquely composed. Green grape, nopales, cashew, elm, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Savory-tart structure with bittersweet acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Savory-toned finish with notes of nopales and elm.

Produced by Gasharu Coffee and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit.
