Blind Assessment
Subtle, deep, complex. Honey, honeysuckle-like flowers, crisp red currant, hints of pistachio and clove in aroma and cup. Lush, round acidity; lively, syrupy mouthfeel. Honey and flowers saturate a mildly drying finish.
