Blind Assessment
Sweetly tart, citrusy. Lemon verbena, pomelo, cocoa nib, almond butter, candied violet in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-tart acidity; plush, very syrupy mouthfeel. Almond and lemon verbena notes carry the resonant finish.

An especially deep-bodied, balanced Rwanda cup with citrusy acidity and sweet herb undertones.
