Blind Assessment
Sweetly spice-toned, crisply nutty. Cashew butter, nutmeg, caramel, orange zest, hint of mace in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Quiet nut-driven finish with undertones of orange zest.
