Blind Assessment
Bright, sweetly tart, cocoa-toned. Cocoa nib, Meyer lemon zest, nougat, red apple, almond in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with crisp, high-toned acidity; silky-smooth mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of cocoa-toned nougat and almond.
