Blind Assessment
Spice-toned, richly floral. Lavender, cashew butter, apricot, fir, cane sugar in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet structure with brisk acidity; satiny mouthfeel. Wood-framed finish with undertones of lavender and cashew.
