Blind Assessment
Crisp, orchardy, intricate. Honey, jasmine, roast cacao nib, apple. Delicate, giddily effervescent acidity; very silky, lively mouthfeel. Sweet, flavor-saturated finish, gently drying in the long.
Notes
Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral- and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. Yirgacheffe coffees like this one processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp is removed before drying) typically express great aromatic complexity and intensity with a particular emphasis on fruit and floral notes. CofFeeling is a one-location roaster-café situated adjacent to of one of Taiwan’s most elegantly designed metro stations. Visit www.coffeelingcafe.com or call +886-7-285-5300 for more information.
Who Should Drink It
So intricately lively and silkily buoyant a coffee, it almost levitates out of the cup. A great Yirgacheffe.
