Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, wood-framed. Agave syrup, fresh-cut oak, grapefruit zest, cocoa powder, date in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with quiet acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of oak and agave syrup.
