Blind Assessment
Delicately sweet, nutty. Caramel, honeysuckle, walnut, fir in aroma and cup. Juicy, rounded acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Graceful, sweet finish redolent of cacao nib in the short and walnut in the long.
