Richly sweet-savory. Toffee, dried persimmon, almond butter, mandarin orange, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with gentle acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of persimmon and almond.

Produced by Javier Cabrera of Finca San Isidro Chacaya, entirely of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
