Blind Assessment
: Sweetly earth-toned, floral. Vanilla orchid, scorched oak, pipe tobacco, unsweetened cocoa, cashew in aroma and cup. Roasty-sweet with balanced acidity; light, rather fluffy mouthfeel. Earthy, pungent finish with notes of scorched oak and sweet pipe tobacco.

For fans of overtly earthy coffees, this Sumatra, with its sweet pipe tobacco and floral vanilla tones, fits the bill.
