Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, rich-toned. Snickerdoodle, cocoa nib, pomelo, tarragon, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Bright, balanced acidity; full, lightly creamy mouthfeel. Crisply cocoa-toned finish with notes of pomelo and brown sugar.
