Blind Assessment

Sweetly tart multi-layered. Pomegranate, salted caramel, cocoa nib, lime zest, cedar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of pomegranate and cocoa nib.

Produced by smallholding farmers and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) at the Asman Gayo Mill. A rare fully washed Sumatra, deep-toned and paradoxically bright with an especially full body.
