Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Juicy, bright. Blackberry, thyme, cocoa nib, vanilla orchid, almond wood in aroma and cup. Balanced, high-toned acidity; round, syrupy soft mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of almond wood and thyme.

Produced at Earendel Coffee Farm, entirely of the SL34 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried the whole fruit). Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
