Blind Assessment
Richly chocolaty, balanced. Dark chocolate, cherry, hazelnut, cedar, lemon-thyme in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Chocolaty, nut-toned finish with cedar and herb notes.
