Blind Assessment

Delicate, sweetly tart, richly aromatic. Lemon verbena, raspberry, sandalwood, almond butter, freesia-like flowers in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with vibrant, citrusy acidity; very full, syrupy smooth mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of lemon verbena and sandalwood.

Produced at Songyue Coffee Manor in the highlands of Taiwan entirely of the celebrated Geisha variety of Arabica and processed by the natural method (beans are dried in the whole fruit).
