Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly and roundly tart. Dark chocolate, maple syrup, cedar, magnolia, ripe banana in aroma and small cup. Delicately tart; velvety body. The crisp finish balances fruit and floral notes. Both carry with pleasing clarity into three parts milk.
