Blind Assessment
Sweetly tart, fruit-toned. Tamarind, blueberry, baking chocolate, agave syrup, cedar in aroma and cup. Brisk acidity; full, satiny mouthfeel. Gently drying, wood-framed finish with undertones of blueberry.
Notes
Produced at Bluekoff Coffee Plantation and processed onsite by the anaerobic method, in which some of the fruit flesh is removed from the bean (honey-processed), then fermented in an oxygen-free environment before drying. Bluekoff is a Thai company involved in all aspects of coffee, from milling and roasting to coffee wholesale and retail and related equipment and training services. Bluekoff produces more than 1,200 tons of green coffee and 1,000 tons of roasted coffee per year. Visit www.bluekoff.com or email [email protected] or call +66-819799565 for more information.
Bottom Line
An anaerobic honey-processed coffee grown in Thailand driven by berry and chocolate notes, crisply sweet and engaging.
