Sweet-savory, gently earth-toned. Shiitake mushroom, cocoa powder, almond brittle, golden raisin, cedar in aroma and cup. Gentle, sweet-toned acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Gently drying, cocoa-toned finish.
