Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, multi-layered. Baking chocolate, honeysuckle, black cherry, hazelnut, fresh-cut oak in aroma and small cup. Creamy, viscous mouthfeel; chocolaty, nut-toned finish. In cappuccino-scaled milk, dark chocolate and black cherry take center stage.
Notes
A blend of washed-process coffees from Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Ethiopia, a Costa Rica honey-process, a wet-hulled Indonesia, and a Brazil natural, roasted for espresso. Bottom Line
A blend of coffees from six origins that were processed by four different methods — aptly named “The World” — roasted for espresso.
