Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, nut-toned. Cashew brittle, pie cherry, carnation, baking chocolate, mesquite in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned with brisk acidity; very syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish is characterized by notes of baking chocolate, carnation and mesquite.
Notes
Produced by Macario in the high mountains of Todos Santos from trees of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed from the beans before they are dried). Certified USDA Organic. Bottom Line
A sweetly nut-toned, gently floral Guatemala Pacamara with especially inviting, viscous mouthfeel.
