Deeply sweet-savory, rich-toned. Dark chocolate, date, fresh-cut fir, cashew butter, gardenia in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Gently drying finish centered around dark chocolate and fresh-cut fir.
