Blind Assessment
Intensely pungent aroma: sweet citrus and dry chocolate. In the cup soft, sweet-toned acidity and silky mouthfeel with cherry and blackberry fruit notes, deep aromatic wood, hints of moist pipe tobacco and perhaps earth. Long dry finish with lingering pungent fir-like notes.
