Blind Assessment
Tart-leaning, cocoa-toned. Cocoa powder, crabapple, marjoram, hazelnut, lily in aroma and cup. Briskly tart acidity; plush creamy mouthfeel. Gently drying finish is carob-like in its sweetness, supported by notes of sweet hazelnut.
