Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a Keurig-compatible UpShot capsule containing 10 grams of coffee to produce a 6-ounce serving). Deep, round. Baker’s chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, apricot, a hint of flowers in aroma and cup. Round, low-toned acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates around a rich though mildly drying cedar note.

Sidamo (also Sidama) is a coffee-growing region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctive coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.
