Blind Assessment
Chocolaty, balanced, bright. Dark chocolate, nectarine, lemon balm, fresh-cut oak, pink peppercorn in aroma and cup. Sparkling acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Chocolate and nectarine center the confident finish.

Produced at Finca El Jordan, from trees of the Colombia, Caturra and Castillo varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
