Blind Assessment
Crisply chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Baking chocolate, cashew butter, sassafras, orange zest, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Gently drying finish centered around notes of cashew and oak.
