Blind Assessment

Fruit-toned, sweetly nutty. Blueberry, almond butter, baking chocolate, magnolia, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gentle, round acidity; full, satiny mouthfeel. Resonant finish centers around notes of blueberry and baking chocolate with undertones of cedar.

Bottom Line

A cleanly fruit-toned natural-processed Ethiopia with prominent crisp berry and chocolate notes throughout and a particularly viscous mouthfeel.
