Blind Assessment
Crisply chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Baking chocolate, cashew butter, date, freesia, green apple in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; very full, satiny mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with undertones of freesia.

Bottom Line
A solid El Salvador with crisp chocolate and sweet nut tones front and center — especially full, viscous body.
