Blind Assessment
High-toned, richly sweet-tart, citrusy. Wild honey, sandalwood, pomelo, lavender, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Balanced, sweet-tart acidity; plush, viscous mouthfeel. Flavor-laden finish redolent of wild honey and lavender supported by cocoa nib.
