Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying) at the Tabe Burka Washing Station. Bottom Line

A nicely full-bodied washed Ethiopia with leading notes of stone fruit and richly aromatic cedar juxtaposed with dark chocolate tones.
