Blind Assessment
Gently fruit-driven, spice-toned. Raspberry jam, white pepper, magnolia, cedar, cane sugar in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gentle, round acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The resonant finish consolidates to notes of raspberry and cedar.
Notes
Produced smallholding farmers from selections of indigenous landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region, and processed at by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit) at Keramo Daye Bensa Station, owned by Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo.
