Blind Assessment
Multi-layered, deeply sweet-tart. Dried cranberry, hibiscus tea, lemon verbena, cocoa nib, fresh-cut cedar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Very sweet, fruit-toned finish.
