Blind Assessment
Sweetly fruit-forward, richly aromatic. Lychee, tangerine zest, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with bright acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish centers around notes of lychee and tangerine zest with cocoa undertones.
