Blind Assessment
Complex, intricate, richly sweet. Star jasmine, cocoa nib, white peach, frankincense, lavender in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Resonant, flavor-saturated finish that centers notes of star jasmine and white peach, grounded by crisp cocoa nib.
