Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a Keurig-compatible capsule to produce a 6-ounce serving): Crisply sweet, quietly complex. Fresh-cut fir, caramel, orange, golden raisin in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Orange and raisin persist in a sweet-toned though mildly drying finish.
Notes
This coffee is sold pre-ground in capsules that are compatible with the Keurig brewing system, but which use a different design from Keurig K-Cups. Mystic Monk Coffee is a small-batch roaster associated with a Carmelite monastery located in the Rocky Mountains of northern Wyoming. The monks emphasize an artisan approach to roasting and a commitment to quality. Visit www.mysticmonkcoffee.com or call 877-751-6377 for more information.
Who Should Drink It
